Joe Davis discovered he had an irregular heartbeat years ago. He didn't receive treatment until the 80-year-old started looking for a new doctor. He found one at the University of Kansas Health System. Doctors ordered a series of tests that revealed his arteries were more than 85% blocked. He underwent a successful quadruple bypass surgery. But post surgery, he noticed a change. He was more winded and started napping during the day. Doctors suggested a sleep study. Joe was diagnosed with central sleep apnea.
